i for one certainly aim , i could stomach an increase but i personally think its too severe in one move , i have not been impressed by their customer service (or rather lack of it) and this move has given me the hump ! so i was in the process of reactivating my betdaq account when i got a tip from a respected betfair forum comrade , in his words "for a better rate , have a bet mate and go green" well it was a sunday evening and i was not at my sharpest but to be honest i have never heard of an exchange called betmate , as this is the site he was alluding to . to all intent and purposes www.betmate.com is betdaq but with a different skin AND a 3% STARTING COMMISSION so today i used betmate for the majority of time and took advantage of the 3% commission , so if you are unhappy with "the fair" have a look at www.betmate.com for a 3% commission start off rate .
WHAT A SURPRISE .............. a 16 runner hcap becomes a 15 runner event less than 15 mins before the off ...... thankfully norminster held on for 3rd .

Thx for that ... just noticed that as of 12.40 ish there is more money traded on the MH race under this exchange (incl Betdaq) than Betfair! (9kish)
Hopefully we may be emerging into a competitive marketplace.
R u aware of any special offers for new accounts etc? Apologies if I havent picked this up somewhere ... just had a bloody strong coffee prior to betting

hi mini , im not aware on any offers for new accounts , as i say its just betdaq but with a green skin and a starting comm rate of 3% . i realise the liquidity is not up to the standard set by the fair but i have decided to give them a go , others i speak to feel the lack of liquidity is a problem so they are staying with the fair even after the recent rise but if everyone continues to put up with the virtual betfair monopoly things will continue to get worse for the exchange user , so im just trying to do my bit !!! regards DD.
hi anom , i presume ou are talking about the bet that is still declared to run , sadly it looks lke the weather has scuppered any chance we had , i think it will be slight odds against that he makes the race . i managed £100 ew so i was never going to trade @ 8/1 but he traded there for £700 and peanuts @ 8.6 it would be a touch to at least get a run at this stage , but im not hopeful , regards DD.
