time for a punters charter ???????

my experiences this week has got me thinking , hot on the heels of the sponsors offering me £1.10 ew on haatef and strategic prince , yesterday uk betting offered £0.80 ew on treat and perhaps most infuriating of all was my experience with vcbet MH put up two in the 8.10 and vcbet were my first port of call i asked via the net for £100 ew lowe go @ 12/1 i confirmed the bet and the usual sign appeared my bet was being referred "vcbet are unwilling to accept your full amount but will offer you £83 ew " no worries i will accept that , confirmed the bet , but pinged back to me was the price has now changed to 9/1 !!!! now this is not the first time this has happened to me , and no doubt others have had similar experiences , but to me this is bang out of order , but what can we do ? sweet fanny adams ............. if you bet oncourse each bookmaker has to show a liability sign , eg will lay a horse to lose £500 but us stay at home punters get no such offers . We have ibas who will mediate on disputes but bookmakers do not have to abide by their findings , i really feel its time that punters interests are regulated and safeguarded , why cant bookmakers offer a minimum £50 win or £25ew on each selection , they have the option to cut prices if liabilities dictate but for a group who contribute so much via the levy punters are treated very poorly at times . Unfortunately napp (national association for the protection of punters ) which was set up to protect the interests of the punters folded i imagine from lack of support which i feel is a shame , perhaps its time for napp to rise from the ashes .............
