but i was left numb by the news of the death of a betfair forum goodguy OddsOn (bob) i first came across him in the betfair earlydays on the forum when i was enquiring about advice on a laptop to purchase , he then started the first betfair greyhound syndicate with betfairdotcom and just recently he emailed me with news of the betmate site after the recent commission increase from betfair my thoughts go out to his family , a most geniune friendly bloke rip .
pretty average fare on offer before royal ascot , the mh selection travelled well but found very little under pressure tamely folding when joined for the lead and finished 5th , the isiris insider finished 4th beaten just under a length for a return on the ew bet but to my eyes the selection in the last furlong received no help from the saddle and with a more vigourous ride would have collected the ew money , who am i to criticise i can just about ride a bike let alone a horse !!!!

Thoroughly enjoying the blog DD.
I bet/trade/arb for a living and am finding it a struggle myself at the moment.
The heartache of seeing slowly gained profits leaking away when the inevitable rough spell comes along is something I find very tough to deal with.
Here's hoping the weather improves and the summer racing puts bread on the table for both of us. 8-)
