disappointment , frustration and losses .......... not an ideal scenario , i had a night off as went to watch essex in the 20/20 match tonight , sussex were poor take away goodwin & adams a team to oppose in this competition , and looking at the essex side i would be surprised if they reach finalsday this year , but hopefully they will prove me wrong .

i was keen on pride of nation in the last @ royal ascot , withdrawn earlier in the week due to firm conditions , the ease in going was very much in this ones favour i had £150 ew @ 6/1 first 5 places , up in contention he unfortunately faded into 6th!!! during the last furong , just sums up my fortunes at present .

Hi DD,
Chin up Greg, I get the impression a lot of good people have struggled lately, but if you keep working hard and are good at what you do there will only ever be one result in the end. For what it's worth I've just had one of the most frustrating racing weeks I've ever had, good shouts on four horses 6/1, 9/1, 20/1 and 43/1 all finished in the first four but not a winner unfortunately. Keep working hard and it will turn around. As always good luck, cheers,
