well i managed to salvage £250 but with a risky trading policy that i dont recommend , i had £400 @ 9/4 on monets garden a strong isiris insider i left arbing orders at and below 3 ....... none were matched i layed £200 @ 3.25 ande as the tapes went up i was left with a £200 exposure , i placed an order to lay £200 @ 2.00 hoping the fav may make a blunder or something along those lines and leave me with a nice position , but some way out after ashley brook had fell i was matched , i thought kauto star ran brilliantly considering the stone difference and the pre race comments by his trainer , the commentators on racing uk were less than complimentary but its obvious that his target is in march not october and he would be trained accordingley , but saying that im not sure that we saw the 2008 gold cup winner today ........ he does come from the same stable though .............
a profit from me of £250 on the day .
