in a hills shop today , asked for £300 ew @ 11/2 on sturberry , but after the mandatory call to trading i was offered £100 ew , had no bearing on my p/l , but last saturday £200 ew @ 6/1 was accepted without question in the same office , so perhaps i,ll keep to that sum in future .
on the subject of betting shops i have three better shops within a 10 mile radius enfield/wood green/finchley and the staff are different class especially the women ............. seriously they are ! i had the other £200 ew of my bet with them @ 5/1 (guaranteed) no questions accepted , a breath of fresh air , of course i realise that a decent winner and all this could change .
off to the enfield better shop tomorrow for their "official" opening in the company of graham roberts and paul merson , free bets and other freebies on offer so may be worth a visit .
