not a champagne return ..................

with the optimum selection thomas mallory denied in a photo for 3rd in the 3.50 folkestone today but not too much damage done , on the whole not a bad couple of weeks to have off from what im told by various emails received whilst on my holiday , and back raring to go .
some good news on my return a new independent betting shop has opened locally offering all kinds of offers including paying out on the 4th place in handicaps when the field are reduced to 15 and even 14 runner fields !!!!!! HAPPY DAYS but i wonder how long i,ll be tolerated and what odds im allowed £300 ew on ??? little i imagine .

a new link has been added to my site www.bfportal.com i havnt had time to fully explore the site but it does look of interest especially to betfarians .

I hate promotions that are only available to certain people. There should a mandate if a bookie advertise a promotion it should be available to at least £100 for all customers. £100 being the standard 1 unit used for ASA. The free faller concession by vcbet is a great example. I have to use multiple account to get a decent bet on because they know it such a great concession. If a new customer try they able to bet large amounts. Very unfair.

brian , i totally agree but who do the punters have to protect them and make sure that we get a fair deal ? well we have ibas that rules over disputes ......... and they are funded by the bookies ! and thats it very poor imho , as for the high street bookies i feel there should be a notice in every shop " we are prepared to lay any horse to lose £1000 " or words and a sum near to that as they do on course , thanks for your comment , regards DD.
