nothing p/l wise but i had a look at the county championship div 2 betting , i want to take on essex , the team i have supported and been a member of since a kid ............. why because of the chelmsford wicket , its a featherbed so difficult to bowl a side out twice on , you rely on declarations to get results , ronnie has enough chirp for the whole team and tries to talk the opposing captains into a generous declaration , their fast bowling is a little weak and need the arrival of nel asap . i have invested £100 ew @ 13/2 on middlesex they have a great batting line up , decent spinners especially with the arrival of murali kartik , their one weakness may be pace bowling but the lords wickets will offer assistance to the likes of vaas , johnson ,silverwood and richardson unlike those of chelmsford .
