mh wanted to play in the 3.40 newbury PROVIDING 16 run due to the ew terms , his preference was for sir bathwick and it would have been a £200 ew bet , as it turned out thankfully there was a late n/r leaving a 15 runner field so no bet .

a loss of £432.53 on the day consisting of three bets the first was a £25 ew double consisting of 1.10 newc fastaffaran 2nd @ 14/1 and 2.05 newb dancing dasi 7/1 unpld , i that race i wanted to take on the fav oceanos des obeaux due to stamina concerns in the testing conditions and longer trip ................. these were unfounded in the end as a emphatic win for the fav took place i laid £150 @ 2.55 and then in the 3.40 newbury i played the mh preference sir bathwick i managed to back in the place mkt (settled first 4 places ) @ 2.14 for £75 and in the win mkt @ 6.82 for £75 as th race got under way i was pleased with the bet as he was a well supported 4/1 chance but to me it looked like he did not get home so a loss of £150 . a disappointing day especially after yesterday , no bets on the football but i will be down the lane cheering the spurs on !!!

Hi mate, i am on the blog scene my self, will follow yours with interest, as you know i get the isiris info and tend to trade rather than back it blind 9 tend to treble stakes if a MJ horse!)MH imo will not make a long term profit but will be interested in your results.

hi rr , surprised with your comments on mh last year i made 153.3 points profit from his service and every year since 1999 i have been in profit with him , suppose he is due a losing one sooner or later but cant see it personally. good luck with the blog and i look fwd to following it with interest over the coming months , regards DD .
Dirk - best of luck in your challenge. You are sure to make a long term profit with Isiris - especially in the late spring/ summer. Will be interested to hear your experiences with Mark Holder.
