the figures dont lie and this has been my worst month ever p/l wise , ok my stakes are at their highest ever but no hiding behind a £5k deficit lets hope feb brings a turnaround , today produced a small loss of £60.79 .

my efforts really just centred around the first at ludlow where i strongly fancied the mccoy ridden scotland yard i was reliably informed it was well regarded by the yard and expected to step up on a promising last effort and that there would be money for it , so i backed the horse heavily ew @ 9/4 and layed it back on betfair @ 3.0 and 1.26 in the respective markets giving me a £100 ew @ 4/1 (win) and 7/4 (place) as the horse went off a well supported 15/8 chance , but ap went off like a scalded cat , im no jockey and he is the greatest but i thought he went off too quick , yes in hindsight i should have produced a all green book but i couldn,t for the life of me see it out the first three ................... how wrong you can be as it faded to finish 4th , i clawed a small sum back arbing the isiris winner to produce a loss of £160.79 on the day .

yes they are ,£150/point with optimum i increased from £100/point at the turn of the year which was very successful maybe i was being greedy but increased them and so far it hasn,t been a bed of roses !!!!!! , if i increased my isiris stakes i couldn,t get the advertised prices i struggle as it is regards DD.
