with no message from mh , no bet from optimum and just one insider from isiris . i took the opportunity to do some research on some sports im interested in and continue my re read on a spread betting book .

Hi DD - hopefully the green shoots are beginning to show following what looks like a tough January.
Quick question about your arbing of the insider bets. Do you have a certain amount you put on each bet i.e. 100 win on each or do you follow the staking plan and lay off on the win and place markets for each way bets?

hi there , to be honest i have no set plan when arbing the insiders , my first strategy is get the advised bets on , thats difficult enough when he gives 3/4 bets out on a call !!! but if im fortunate enough to get the bets on ok and there is enough daylight left to arb i often back ew with the bookies and lay back win/place quite oftendue to the uncompetitive races isiris play in there is more mileage in the place part of the bet , you may be getting 0.6/1 a place but it could well be trading @ 0.28/1 on b/f but obviously you need to lay the win part of the bet @ 3/1 or below for the me to be satisfied with the arb . so i have no set rules or amounts , i try to arb ew due to the reason stated , regards DD.
